We love our yarn!

So it is just a matter of care and love to store yarn correctly.

What you will need:

• ziplock bags in different sizes, new. I prefer mine with the double ziplock.
• Lavender, in small sachets.
• A marker
• Patience

What you need to do to store yarn correctly:

• put one or more skein in a ziplock bag, close it almost to the end, and then squeeze all the air out while closing it completely. Do this for the whole of my stash, and change the bags as soon as they looked wrinkled or they are not airtight anymore.
• Use the marker to write all relevant information about yarn on bag containing skeins without labels.
• Store your bags with lavender sachets: lavender is the most trusted companion when fighting against moths.
• Be patient and keep on the momentum until you stash is all safely stored in sealed bags: you won’t regret it!
